Project manager for a major project at an insurance company with the optimization of ten product groups and the reorganization of processes (early integration of procurement). Product groups including technical facility management, cleaning & Security Guard, Catering, Marketing & IT, hardware-software and IT projects, creation of service specifications, service descriptions and skill matrices: negotiation preparation and negotiation conduct
Major project (role: sub-project manager, subject matter expert):
Cooperation as a management consultant in the strategic repositioning of an international electrical engineering / solar group in the procurement department. For this purpose, creation of strategy concepts for the various product groups and locations, mostly in English. Preparation and implementation of eight supplier days and several DTC workshops in a major international project (partly independent management of the supplier days and workshops). Operative participation and negotiation leadership in around forty procurement negotiations of various product groups. Negotiating partners were regionally active medium-sized companies to internationally active large corporations (role definitions of buyers, supplier analyses, reporting of measures)
