The market environment for Banks, insurance companies, universities/colleges and foundations as well as the Public hand is becoming increasingly complex. Digital pressure, new competitors, new legislative guidelines*, a challenging interest rate policy and increasing customer needs are constantly presenting these sectors with new challenges and forcing companies to make changes.

Banks and insurance companies are at the same time usually faced with a wide range of procedural tasks - efficiency and effectiveness are occasionally about restructuringand/or somewhat lost due to past growth. Cross-departmental processes are often particularly challenging due to the large number of competent persons to be involved.

 

It is important to observe specific industry requirements, which mostly come from risk management. Legal requirements must also be met to a particular extent. The trust that is symbolically materialized through money must ultimately be justified. Auditing departments are of particular importance in the company for good reasons, as are legal departments*.

Furthermore, the need for banks and insurance companies to convert to digitization issues is based on our experience & Estimated to be the highest. Traditionally, both of Procurement as well as the IT in these sectors has hitherto been a rather difficult situation. These circumstances seem to have changed significantly in recent years.

When it comes to procurement, it must be emphasized that for decades this has not been part of the core business of a bank or an insurance company - in contrast to sales. It is not uncommon for purchasing to reach up to 40%-50% of sales in terms of costs, often the sbA's are already included here. There were therefore good reasons to invest first and foremost in setting up a functioning sales organization. Modernization often takes place via disruptive technological upheavals, e.g. via fintechs and/or via procedural innovations and efficiency gains.

Universities, colleges and foundations have often dedicated themselves to a special purpose - it is not uncommon for a special, good intention to be pursued. They enable the promotion of people and concepts, which means that foundations often play a very important role in our society.
